Good website...well laid out I received exactly what I expected. Delivery was prompt. The carrier beat the shit out of the outer box but the double boxing meant the monitor was undamaged. It works exacly as I expected...colours and brightness are excellent, so is resolution. I had zero problems

The display quality is great, and it functions well. I would suggest including a right-angle Type-C adapter and a mount point to reinforce the connection. This will prevent the connection from weakening over time as cashiers tilt the display.

It was super helpful that Beetronics had a display configuration off the shelf that was close to what we want to include in our product.

The 19 inch displays that we ordered were the perfect fit for the outdated technology that we had to replace. The shipping was fast and the products arrived safely. The included mounting hardware made installing the displays easy and provided the exact solution that we needed.

They changed the design of 24HB9M to 24HB9M/U1... for a product that is built into a machine (i.e. you need to cut metal). No information on the website about this and when I called the customer service... I got, Ill pass the message upwards. Doesn't fix the problem that is not really obvious until metal cut.

Excellent customer service, first off. A great device, secondly. And lastly, your people were willing to forgo a sale because they did not believe I would be happy with the product. That is rare and very much appreciated. Keeping it real. Great job!
