The tshirt quality isn't great and the time it took to get posted and delivered was really long. For the price the tshirt's used should be thicker and better quality.

Overpriced clothes with a zero-return policy — never again
I am letting you know that what happened is in the past, and I will not be returning to your online store for any other purchases. I understand you are a small company, but I do not like your policies on no returns or exchanges. Your clothes are not of great quality for the price you offer. You will not get my business again due to you repeatedly saying your side of the story, where I am the bad guy and you are innocent regarding your clothing line. You need to know that everyone is different, and you are going to get good and bad reviews no matter what, based on your own business practices. My review will not change, so deal with the reality of the truth. Move on and deal with what happened.

We respect your decision not to shop with us again. For anyone reading, here is the full story behind this review.
John first posted this review in February, right after his first order, a T-shirt. He gave us 3 stars, writing that he loved the design and creativity of our clothing but that 50 USD for one T-shirt wasn't worth it. That 50 USD actually included the shirt, shipping, shipping protection and US sales tax. Our T-shirt prices are listed on bdifferent.clothing for anyone to check.
Despite that, John placed three more orders. In March he ordered a pair of joggers. When they didn't fit, we offered him 50% off a new pair in a different size and let him keep the original pair, which he gladly accepted. After that order was delivered in April, John emailed us to say we were "one of the best companies out there." In June, he ordered another T-shirt. In September, seven months later, he lowered his rating to 1 star, and after we replied, he rewrote the review text as well.
On our return policy: For orders outside the EU, we don't offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind, as clearly stated in our policy, and we encourage customers to check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Any item that arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect and is reported within 14 days is replaced free of charge. EU customers also have the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. In John's case, even though size exchanges aren't covered by our policy, we still made sure he got the size he wanted at half price and kept the first pair as well, which he was very happy about.
On quality: our T-shirts are made from ring-spun combed cotton, and all our clothing is made to a premium standard that we stand behind. We'll let John's four orders and all the other reviews that we have speak to that.

Clothing with a cause.
The shirt has exceeded my expectations! I immediately proceeded with ordering a crew neck and a hat right away. The outstanding quality of the clothes and the cause itself are truly commendable. As someone who shares similar values, I have a deep appreciation for the mission. Furthermore, as the parent of a neurodivergent child, purchasing from B.Different holds greater significance for me, as it goes beyond a simple transaction.

We’re sorry if the split shipment caught you by surprise — we completely understand that it can be confusing when an order arrives in two separate packages.
Just to clarify a few key points for transparency:
- Our shipping policy states that delivery times begin once the order leaves the warehouse, and fulfillment can take a few business days before that.
- As noted in our policy, we have multiple fulfillment centers worldwide and always ship from the closest location whenever possible. In your case, one of the shirts was only available in Europe, which is why your order arrived in two parcels.
- Occasionally, if an item ships from a different continent, delivery may take a few extra days due to distance and customs checks — as noted in our policy.
- The first package also included a packing slip informing you that the second item was on its way.

It’s really sad to see a 1-star review for something we had no control over. Your order was delivered successfully to the address you provided, and as mentioned in our policy, we’re not responsible for what happens once a package is marked as delivered.
If you think it was stolen or misplaced, the best thing to do is contact USPS or file a report with the police so they can look into it.
We totally get how frustrating this situation can be, but it’s unfair to blame our customer service for something outside our hands.
