Good communication with the seller
Good communication with the seller. The bag is perfect.
Small negative things to improve:
I received the goods without ordered gift wrapping and without the gift card with text, which was offered to me in online order and was ordered by me.
Bag was delivered in 10 days by DHL air instead of promoted 5 days in Europe.
The bag was packed just in plastic bag-unfortunately no product demage after delivery.
But I am really happy about this shopping.

Unfortunately, during the holidays all the couriers that we have tried DHL, UPS, FEDEX, do not respect the established delivery times, the lack of personnel puts them to the test in periods like Christmas or August 15th; in these cases we inform customers that deliveries may be delayed which are not dependent on us.
