I could not log in toy account to access my tickets for the Abba Voyage. It seems like a common issue purchasing outside of the UK and travelling there. I contacted the customer support and got this sorted out in less than 2 minutes in a professional and kind manner.

I’d made typo on my account and didn’t realise until I had booked some tickets, I emailed to change this issue and it was quickly resolved and put right, I was impressed with how quickly this was resolved and happy with the level of security checks in place to ensure it was me that was making the changes and not someone who may have hacked my account.

Absolutely terrible experience with AXS. The event I booked was cancelled on 1st May, and despite raising two service requests, both were closed without any resolution or even an update. Their customer service is completely useless.
The event has been rescheduled, but I cannot attend the new date, and yet AXS refuses to issue the refund I am entitled to. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and even now they have done nothing to fix the situation.
This is shocking incompetence from a company that handles large-scale events. AXS clearly does not care about its customers. I will never book through them again and strongly advise anyone considering their service to avoid them at all costs.
