Improved my resistance to both high and low temperatures.
Decreased the amount I get sick.
Decreased the severity of when I do get sick.
Decreased hangover severity.
Completely stopped me getting a really severe version of mouth ulcer that lasted two weeks and was 4 times the size. I had been inflicted by these for about 4 years prior to beginning AG1. This last reason alone was more than enough to keep me purchasing the product.

Easy to prepare. Tastes good. Re-ordering is simple. Helpline great - you actually can speak to a person. The travel sachets are very handy for travellers.

Thank you for allowing honest feedback. I find that AG1 is far too sweet.
Drinking it with water is impossible for me to drink. I drink it now with coconut milk.
I follow the principles of Dr Steven Gundry, trying to eat a green salad or a radish or avocados for breakfast. I’ve looked at your ingredients and are wondering if you could use better sources of protein and definitely less sweet. I’m concerned that our bodies sees your drink as sugar and not something green. I’m very sensitive to food. I get heart palpitations when I ingest too much sugar, it seems that my palpitations are more frequent since I’ve started to use your product. The other issue I have is that I’m only receiving the powder and not the drops. I want to stick to your protocol, but I tend to drink it on an empty stomach in the afternoon choosing to eat a different breakfast. I hope this helps with your development. Thank you Zelda Sonnekus

I have used AG1 for years but have always felt their should be some kind of loyalty bonus, wether it be earning points to or getting something free after so many purchases. I feel as though their is always offers on for new starters as I understand you want new customers and for them to stay subscribed monthly but maybe something for your loyal customers who have consistently purchased over the years would be a good idea to reward, so many places now have loyalty programmes but Athletic Greens 1 has never done anything along those lines,

AG1 has been great for me. I didn't really notice the benefits for the first 3 weeks but then I began to notice i had more energy, better sleep and it made a huge difference to my digestive system. Although the price is quite high, you get what you pay for and I've tried cheaper alternatives before and they dont come close to this.
Also I've stopped drinking alcohol, mainly to help pay for my AG1 addiction 😆

I like the taste. I appreciate getting reward gifts after milestones like 3 months, 6 months etc. I like having the routine. I like that I never run out with fast delivery of the next month's supply. I like the drinks bottle.
It is hard to tell if I have noticed a significant change since it is a gradual process. But I would say it has definitely had health benefits for me.
Sometimes the powder can feel a bit grainy when drinking and if I don't keep swirling the drinks bottle or top up with more water then some can be left in the bottle.
Overall, I am a happy customer.
