Very useful if you're a bit savvy. Could tempt those less so into more trouble.

Mainly positives. Overall very helpful when looking towards mortgage renewal and keeping an eye on general credit awareness.
I get that their money comes from referrals from credit facilities, but there is a bit too much nudging to get higher credit or loans.
I think a bit more balance in advice and common sense practice would help some people more.
There is advice if you dig around on the app etc, but the majority of emails are inviting you to look for new credit cards or loans.

Pradip went over and above

Pradip was excellent, he assisted to change my email address as I was not recieving notification. He really went above and beyond to ensure client satisfactory.

ClearScore have incorrect information…

ClearScore have incorrect information and I have followed their process with checking my info is correct on Equifax, which it is but hey are still showing incorrect info which is affecting my score.

They have no way to contact them to go through the issue and get it sorted and at the moment it is causing real issues

Excellent service from Moeen

Excellent service from Moeen. When I contacted them about a query (something on my credit score report that I didn't recognise), the responses were rapid and very
informative and Moeen kept in touch until I was reassured that everything was OK. I very much appreciated his help.

Credit Account Dispute

I recently had to dispute a wrongfully recorded account on my credit file, which was a very stressful situation. Luckily, Dilip handled my case. He managed the entire process incredibly well and provided amazing support to ensure the issue was resolved with the company. I am so grateful for his help and highly recommend his services!

Too many ads

Clearscore its self works fine but the amount of notifications saying there's an update when clearly there's not. They are just ads offering me cards an loans. I've uninstalled and junk filed the emails.. Every single day there's a notifications, I now use one with less notifications

Reluctantly gave 1 star

Reluctantly gave 1 star, slowest platform out there for updating your credit file. All other platforms show my up to date information but ClearScore are still over 2 months behind.
Do yourselves a favour and try other platforms before relying on MurkyScore.

Because you can see at a glance how…

Because you can see at a glance how things are going and it seems to be fairly accurate and if something doesn't see right you can chat to ciasey, AI but accurate. And if you feel the need to want credit then just look at your score.
