Pest control technician was excellent and on-time. Did everything we asked. Only trouble...the company never says whether you have a morning or afternoon appointment, so you can end up spending the whole day at home, since you don't know when they will show. I have complained multiple times!

Great service.
They give plenty of notifications for upcoming service, then the technician always texts me when he’s on the way. If there are any special issues I can tell the tech. Unless I need service inside I don’t even need to be home. Treatment has been very effective, and technicians very nice and accommodating.

Accommodating and efficient
I appreciate the text updates and how non-intrusive appointments are. I get outside only treatments, and request not to have my doorbell rung so the dog doesn't freak out that someone is here. They oblige everytime! My last service company did not.

Good service – please explain everything they’ve done in a text if you’re not there which is very helpful. A few times I’ve had to have him come back because the insects are insistent, specially spiders, they are quick to respond. Highly recommend this company.

Their contract requires every other month application, no other choices..I have requested afternoon service and to contact me when arriving, but that only happens occasionally… The latest application was in the pouring rain, was that a good time to use spray ?…The technicians are courteous and helpful when there is contact..

Efficient, effective, friendly & informative service
The technician showed up on time and we talked about the pest control measures he was going to be doing and answered all my questions. He was informative and friendly. I used to get spiders in the house but have had none since he started the Aptive treatments. He quickly applied the treatment, removed spider webs in hidden places and provided a full report with pictures describing what he found and problems he resolved.
