Good quality marine bolts delivered quickly thank you

From using their website to find the correct component,(clear accurate pictures and descriptions) to ordering, to payment, (straightforward), to delivery(fast and in good robust packaging), this company provides a top quality service. I have used them 3 times now, for small quantities of bolts etc, whilst converting my campervan and will continue to use them. A good quality company to do business with.

In light of other reviews I made a decision to use Accu Components for my small business needs. On the very first order and on a tight timeline they failed me in every way. I placed the order on a Thursday early afternoon EST and decided it was important enough to pay for expedited shipping. Monday afternoon the order was still in processing. I sent an email asking them to cancel the order as they do not have phone support. I placed an order with McMaster Carr. I received no response to my email and since they don’t have phone support I entered their AI chat. After 20 minutes I got a person, I think. Or maybe it was just an AI again. They told me they could cancel the order but were not able to process a refund. They subsequently asked me if they could refund the shipping and ship the order the next day. I reluctantly said yes. I say reluctantly because at this point I had no confidence in them and I needed the product expedited. The next day I get an email saying that my order had been successfully canceled and then I would receive my refund in 3 to 10 days. I went onto their website hoping it was a mistake and alone and behold my order was gone. I had to go back to McMaster Carr and place another order. I lost one full week that my line was shut down. I never received a refund. And I’m still fighting with my bank over it. The most valuable thing I have me is my time. I have about 5 1/2 hours of my personal time wasted in this, not to mention the week my line was shut down.

Large product variety. Their expected delivery time is always accurate no matter it is a quick despatch or a bit of wait. It is good to see a series supplier selling quality products when the cheap and inferior one are abound on many other online platforms.

Its an on-line pick n mix for "fasteners" like nuts and bolts etc. Aladdins cave for Engineers :-) Just pick what you want and the qty and it will soon be in your hands with a fast delivery. Quality of the products is 1st class.

If I could give more stars I would.
I made an order. When it came, I measured it and it measured the wrong dimensions. They kindly resent the order. Again my micrometer showed it was wrong, They sent a third shipment. Only then did we determine that I was measuring it wrong! My micrometer was not zeroing correctly. MY FAULT.
I was treated with respect and kindness throughout. This is unheard of in today's world.

International shipping was a problem:
The ordered item was held by customs for 1 week because of miscommunication between ACCU and FedEx about import description to classify commodity.
In addition to the clearance delay, I was charged $20 of storage fees by FedEx and a $15 disbursement Fee
(Custom duty was only $2.35)
In my communications with ACCU, they claimed FedEx mishandled their email.
In any case of responsibility--ACCU's or FedEx's, the former did nothing to help me with the additional expenses assessed by the latter, which reflects unprofessional customer relations in addition to a demonstration of inexperience for international shipping.
The response from ACCU brings nothing new and again, if what they say is true, they should have tried to get the $20 storage fee cancelled.
Looking at the one star ratings by others, this is not the first time ACCU is both incompetent and poor in customer retention.

Update from ACCU:
