Cheap quality and bad customer service. I am very disappointed with their service. Will never buy from them again even though they give me a discount for my next order.

Simply never sent my items (worth over £150) and didn't reply to literally dozens of emails and phone calls. Disgraceful company that should not be allowed to operate.

Do not use this site. The quality is utter rubbish! and you pay a fortune to send the items back and they basically just keep telling you they haven't received them. £35 for 3 shirts that at best are worth £3.00 each. And £12 to send them back for a refund, yet i have nothing!?? . SCAMMERS!!!

This company is an absolute joke, posing as a uk company stealing pictures from other catalogues, and making false promises. Robbing people.
What you get is dish rags, instead of the quality they promise, nothing like the stolen catalogue pictures they claim you will get.
When you ask for a refund they ignore you, or answer with barely legible English, asking for pictures proving that the dresses are not just faulty, but absolutely SHOCKING. When proof is sent your email address is blocked and they don't reply.
I was extremely lucky I paid with a credit card, and my very understanding bank took my money back from these fraudsters. Their fraud almost made me have to cancel having bridesmaids for my wedding, as I wouldn't have been able to buy more. I wouldn't use the dresses they sent me for my dogs bed!
Not even the most amazing seamstress in the world could fix the mess they sent. They even left pins sticking out!!
I couldn't stress any more DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THE PROMISE OF BEAUTIFUL MADE TO ORDER DRESSES, YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Their aftersale services were SO BAD!! I got two pair of shoes from them. One heel was broken after I put it on and walked for less than a minute. The second pair was even worse!! One of the shoe got TWO NAILS sticking out from the bottom! I emailed them right away but didn't get a reply until I emailed them 4 times in 4 days! Then, I sent them some pictures and they were saying that it was hard to see the nails! Hey! It was hard enough to take picture from INSIDE THE SOLE!! What do you expect from me???!!! I enlarged the picture and circled the nails and sent the picture back to them. You know what I got as a reply? "Honey, please accept it. You can wear it!" Are you kidding me? Not willing to do any exchange or refund?! I'm going to dispute it on paypal. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!! The quality was really BAD and the aftersale service was unacceptable!!!!

really worst company. Scam their members. I can't refund my balance into paypal account because it's more than two month?? What a jokes!!

Worst experience in the history of online shopping. I bought two coats that never arrived and they are not sending a refund to my paypal account. They have robbed my hard earned money. Would not recommend to anyone. Beware of them.

The worst online shopping website ever. I ordered 9 items and when i got them they were all small and they broke easily. They look cheap and used. Never order from here you will just end up regretting it.

I had bought from this company wholesale-dress.net 4 items and i had remark them when the white coat item is not with my orders they should cancle my orders
and refund my money, but now the collegure of wholesale-dress said to me they will just refund the bakance just of the white coat item not all the orders
than i had 100 time remark them than i will all my orders and if the white coat not with my order i will not get the ortders
and now i will they refund my money it is all the situation.

Really bad service

I'm from Denmark. and I bought a sweater for only 10 dollars and shipping cost 22 dollars. ordered on 10/9 and got it today on 12/09. 100% okay buying from there again. that's for sure!

I have very bad experiences with them.
In June, they sent me a wrong parcel which is supposed to be sent to another lady in Russia. I emailed them regarding this and they insisted that i ordered them. After a few days, someone from the company called and say that they actually made a mistake and they hope i can assist them to resend the parcel to the rightful owner in Russia. They promised to pay the third party charges. With integrity in mind, I actually help them to resent the whole parcel to Russia. But up until August, they still did not pay for the delivery charges, and now the charges have to be paid by me. I asked them why i have to pay for it when i m the innocent party, and they say they cant pay cause the invoice has no official stamp, and I have no idea what they mean by that, so they refuse to pay up. The total delivery charge is SGD800+.

I had made a purchase from this store and they told me it was very fast shipping,I know this as i had prior ordered a huge load of clothing but did not go through with the purchase as the shipping was twice the cost of my purchases alone.- so the store actually called me and asked me why i had not purchased the items- lucky i didn't. I told the woman that i would go back and make a smaller purchase to compensate for her time and effort to call. so i did. About a week later i received 2 emails stating that they had run out of stock and tried to tell me i had store credit and to look online.. so i did i thought i may as well use the store credit considering i have given them the money already. So i log on and i only have $13.00 store credit when i paid $55.00 incl shipping? I was a little annoyed so i was like deep breath * Ok im going to try and use this to see if it works, put in the bonus/ promotional code and it comes back with invalid code.. so not only did i spend all my time trying to reason with myself for their stuff ups and take it on the chin.. they now have an extra $55.00 for nothing as they still haven't got back to me at all.. thinking that this store may be scamming some people and not others not sure how.. but if you looking to buy from here people BE CAREFUL or for me at least i wont be burnt twice and NEVER shop there again. - Unimpressed

This web is really bad! I would not recommend anyone to buy from this site! I ordered some stuff from the web and of course I thought everything was okay, but then I was contacted and told that two of my items were out of stock, which was really weird because it is was under 'New Arrivals'
Okay, so I replaced it. Just to be sure I, after one day contacted one of the supporter just to check that everything was okay and that the new jacket I got was absolutely reserved for me. The supporter assures me that I got a jacket and I thought I could breathe.... but suddenly today I was told that the jacket was out of stock again, and this time the have already shipped my order out, so I got $40 balance I could use next time (the things is that there was not going to be a next time, because of all the problems!)

So Now I got $40 balance and of course I do not want to throw them away so I NEEDED to order some new stuff and pay the shipping fee which is by the way COST AS MUCH AS YOUR ORDERED ITEMS!

The supporter does not understand anything and there are not helping at all. I've tried to talk to them, but either they do not understand your problem or they just talk themselves out of it.

cheat buyers in every item. They write size S-M-L but it's one size, size S is as big as size L, and the fabric is like the material I often use to clean my floor

U've read many horrible comments, but still I bought several items (clothes mainly and shoes) and they were all perfect, not the best but good enough quality, but hey, after all, it's very very low price we're talking about :) Jewelry and shoes are always good ! I wish they had cheaper shipping but still I love this site !

dishonesty is a word that is right for this company. I will not order from them again, The white clotes I have ordered from them are very dirty whit lots of stains, I have recived ripped clothes, and lots of their clothes do not match the description. One of my orders was placed 2011-04-19. Todays date is 2011-05-29. They have not sendt it out. I have been contacting them about this many times, and got different answers from them. Now they say to me that they have sendt out all my paid for orders. But they have not. Have heard it before. On my account site on their page, it comfirms that I have paid for this order, and it have been marked preparing all the way. Do not order.

I was very happy with my order, 80% of my items were good to great for the price I paid. Received my order within a week.

This website is fine (at least for lingere/costumes) as long as you know what you're getting into:
-They sell cheap Chinese knock-offs. Materials aren't always exact.
-You get what you pay for, both in terms of quality and service.
-Not everything you get will be good.
-The quality of goods is what you'd find in a nightmarket or chinatown. They won't last that long.
-Clothing is in Asian sizes: smaller then you're used to and inconsistent both between identical items and across different items.
-They don't really communicate. Items not in stock will be removed from your order, and you'll be awarded a site-credit (which can be refunded if you can explain it to them, apparently).
-"Free size" is not one size fits all. It's XS-S in western terms.
-Buying from this website is gambling. They aggregate clothes from other companies and do no QC themselves.
-I think the negative reviews are from people with overly high expectations. If it's too good to be true, it's not.
-Shipping prices are high. They sell you the expensive express shipping (they claim without markup)... but it is quite express.

I placed the order on Oct. 30 and receive my package on November 7th. I did not recieve a tracking number and up to now if i check my order status on there page it still states that my order is being prepared. I contacted a representive who was very friendly and helpful (english could have been better). I ordered 8 shirts and a bag and the total was 47.11 and the shipping $35 ($82/83 TOTAL). Even though the shipping is expensive, you still save. To be honest the material for the bag was extremely cheap looking and i hate it. However, the quality of the shirts was amazing. Each shirt was exact to how it appeared on the screen and it fits great. Note that the models r small for a reason and they cater more to girls who wear size small and medium. Perfect for me and i love it!

I ordered 5 Shirts from this site.
After ordering I wasn't able to access my account anymore, I also didn't get a confirmation email.

I tried several times to ask them about my payment ect. but I only got copied and pasted answers. :/

I got my order very fast.
But that's the only good point about that shop.
The shipping costs are worse btw.

The quality is terrible. They sent me 2 wrong items and all items had the wrong color. They do not look like they do in the pictures!

Be aware and DO NOT order at wholesale-dress.net.
