Watch out for scam in the Direct Booking option

Felas, i use SC for many years comparing flight tickets online and i was quite happy with platform.

long ago i booked directly with Skyscanner (they added the feature some months ago) and mosto probably they have scammed me and stolen my money.

while they have shared an e-mail with ticket number, e-receipt and booking ID directly with me, now that i need to change the date due to coronavirus (and the airline offers this option for free), i cant contact anyone for the last 7!!! days in their call centre or in the app live chat. on top of this, their online tracking system does not recognize my booking, when i enter the booking reference and same mail that they used to send through all booking details and e-ticket.

i am to solve this dispute through the credit card provider since it is probably a fraud case on their behalf, but i would advise you to stay away from their direct bookings engine.
