Ordered a 3D printer to Sweden
Ordered a 3D printer to Sweden. Banggood wrote someone else's name on the shipping label instead of mine so I am unable to pick up my printer at the pick-up point. I got a picture of the shipping label on the package at the pick-up point to show the support here at banggood but they refuse to acknowledge the fact that they put the wrong name and I'm unable to collect my package. All they do is tell me to go there and pick it up which I can't because it doesn't have my name on it so the post wont let me collect it.
It's been a week since the package arrived at the pick-up point and all I'm getting is new support people telling me to collect a package they adressed to someone else.
Don't order unless you feel like risking 200 euros if you encounter any problem because the support won't do anything.
