Not everything went right
When I received notice of the delivery of my order I wanted to delay it with one day. On the phone with customerservice it looked like all went right, but on the orignal date of delivery I received a SMS that my order was still going to be delivered on the wrong day. Again a phonecall to FedEx customerservice, where I learnt that it was not possible to reach the courier. I had to wait and see if the order was going to be delivered. At the end all went right, but the SMS caused a lot of unnecessary trouble.
