I ordered a package over 2 weeks ago…
I ordered a package over 2 weeks ago and still have not seen it. It’s been sitting at a location for 3 days not being touched. When I call customer service they say they will have to look into it and it takes 3 days. They pretty much told me

Package is and they’ll figure it out when they get around to it. Awful customer service.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Still have yet to see it. I called them to check on it and they pretty much said too bad. The customer service was awful and they use fed ex who is garbage.

That is my order number. It’s funny once there’s a bad review you can now look into it. When I called your “customer support” and let them know what was going on they told me there there was nothing they could do and they would send a follow up email in a few days.
