After some delivery problems on the first order, the second went well.
After my complains on the first order, customer service managed my complain quiet efficiently.
No I’ve my order and I’m just waiting for the credit regarding the return of the first order.

Not happy
I placed the order 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it.
It seems was lost. Customer service sent a new order, but with incomplete address.
It was me alerting for the mistake and now my fingers are crossed hoping to get it right this time.

I regret this succession of problems:( The carrier, for a reason that we do not know, retained all orders shipped the same day and we thought that they would be lost but fortunately not. You ended up receiving two orders and we even offered you a compensation to get a new bracelet because the one you first ordered before was too big. I would like to inform you that an attempt was made to deliver this last order on the 06th, but since no one was at the indicated address, a note was left in the mailbox so that you can pick it up at the Palmeiras CTT station in Oeiras. Please contact our customer support if you have any questions. Thank you and I regret once again the inconveniences caused.
