Great shop
Great shop, multiple shipping address with different prices but it is important to avoid importation custom tax.
Did not have any complain so far for the multiple buy's.
I like the promotions, even if one week later that are even better promotions.
Shopping experience when shxt happen.
Regarding shipping,
It is fast as other online shops.
It is decently package, but sometimes not enough since they are not Amazon.
Regarding warranties,
In one situation, a simple plastic toy arrived broken. They have a submit form and then the process follow by email. The item was promptly resend and when they not have stock they would issue a full refund.
Note that when you pay custom, the refund will not cover the custom fees. So the refund for everything that pay custom is not really an option.
In other situation, a smartphone was dead after 1 month. They have the same submit form, then they ask to try to reset to factory default a dead phone and after some insistence they send the return address.
They received the dead phone and payed for my sending cost, something that other shops like gearbest or dealsmachine does not do. And then, after only one day they send a replacement phone. Once more, the phone did stop at customs.
So my review is good and certainly will keep buying from them.
