I ordered a tool then my debit card would not work. so me wife ordered and paid with her card. within minuets the sales team contacted me to check if there was a problem as they had two orders for the same address
I explained and they cancelled the first order. Very helpful staff good service. I will defiantly use them again.
I got it wrong they put it right without question
I live in Portugal and wanted value for money when buying prescription sunglasses I went with the excellent value two for one deal. However when they arrived I couldn't see a thing out of them as I had filled in the prescription section wrong making the lenses minus instead of plus. I called and they said to send the glasses back. The glasses were returned within two weeks with the correct lenses no quibble and no charge.
they even offered to reimburse me for the postage.Thanks GD fantastic service.
