MOT's- the go-to place

I was fed up with high street prices, so explored online, found glasses direct and decided to give them a try as I would save £hundreds. With some trepidation as I wanted varifocals I gave my prescription and promptly received a call to confirm details. I’ve had the new glasses for a week and they are spot on! Fantastic value- a fraction of the price my wife just paid for the same quality!
An extraordinary experience!
All the staff I encountered were polite and helpful, I was seen quickly, my requirements noted and potential vehicles identified. As soon as I expressed an interest in the one I chose it was quickly removed from the parking area for a test drive. Most of my questions about the car were answered but understandably the more obscure ones were not accurately answered as they deal with so many cars. After deciding to purchase, one does have to sit through some sales talk and a video about paint protection and extra warranties but there was no hard sell.
The selection of cars available is extraordinary: I have never seen anywhere as comprehensive for numbers and quality: main agents have lower mileages and similar quality but not the numbers or the value.

Help with a small spare part
I tried to order a bolt online but needed help and this was given gladly. The bolt didn't fit, I returned it and was refunded the cost of bolt and postage. Excellent service for a trivial item.
