Sengrid (paid tier) was okay for around 5 years but since they joined Twilio in 2020 their deliverability has plummeted. In our case we fell victim to a spam blacklisted IP address which they foisted on us. Furthermore they simply don't respond to support. I'm convinced there's no one running the company - perhaps the sendgrid team sold their share options after the big deal and quietly left the building to party!

We've moved to French company who so far ( only 1 month ) appear to be much better.
