Had companies bid on my shipment
Had companies bid on my shipment. Uship took my money the the problems started.
A week later the first company after bidding on my load said it was too heavy.
SO WHY DID YOU BID ON IT?
Second company never picked up.
Went to USHIP and demanded my money back and 2 weeks later nothing. Now I am disputing it with the credit card company.
Wasted time and money
DO NOT USE USHIP!!!!

Thank you for your message and I truly apologize to hear about this experience. I'd be happy to take a look into your account, as once a cancellation is initiated a full refund is given.
