Had confirmation my parcel was arriving…

Had confirmation my parcel was arriving on Monday 16/9. Had confirmation they arrived. No parcel and no card through the door. Called up and someone had signed for it. Called them 4 times to see who had signed for it and where is the parcel, promised a call back every time. Had to cancel the job the parts were for. Five days on and still no call. Turns out the delivery driver had forged the signature and hidden the parts underneath my car.
