VERY BAD SERVICE

Very bad service I placed order number 73008405 September 10 2019 and 10 days later I receive the following email; " Thank you for placing an order. We regret to inform you that the item can't be shipped with the shipping method you chose due to some specific restrictions of the logistics carrier." No indication of which part of the order the problem refers to. I tried to re-order the items and you guessed - they have put the prices up. Disgusting service!
