FedEx is terrible at customer service

FedEx is terrible at customer service. Their drivers are lazy and about as smart as a rock. UPS and USPS deliver right to my door, but not FedEx. They leave my packages at the end of my driveway which is 200 yards from my house, along a busy road. I can't see the end of my driveway from my house. They won't call about a package they dropped off. The packages are always ripped and thorn. I wonder why companies ship with them. EBay had better wake up. I never get to sign for a package or inspect one.
