undependable... unhelpful... unreasonable

If you work varying hours they are impossible. I had a huge shipment... 900 pounds and they sent three emails over three days saying it will be there tomorrow anytime before 8:00 pm.

Their customer service system is designed to keep you from speaking to an intelligible human with good information. I was even promised delivery by a rep on the third day even though it was not in my state and would not be!

Finally on the fourth day they delivered all but one box. Then insisted I come to them to pick up at their office!


Use UPS for large shipments. They are so much easier to work with.
