I was waiting on a package for 9 days…

I was waiting on a package for 9 days that should have taken 2 days to get to me..
I was told several times when the package should be to me. Before noon or 3 only to have it not show up or they lost it and this went on for 4 days. Now I am here yet again still waiting on the package I was told would be delivered to me this morning. Now it is in 2 hours. Only 1/2 hour left on that window. Ridiculous!! Laura in customer service was wonderful but Tony her boss could have cared less about me, my business or my customer.
I would not recommend FedEx to anyone EVER!
No wonder the company is doing poorly.
Look at where the majority of their reviews are-BAD
Frustrating for sure.
