Don't bother sending internationally

Don't bother sending internationally with FedEx. I paid for two day delivery to Mexico. It took FOUR days. Furthermore, they didn't even bother delivering to the address I wrote, which was a courier company. Instead, my relative who was supposed to receive the parcel asked the employees from said courier company for help. They were kind enough to figure out where the package was. The package was in ANOTHER town, THREE hours away. My relative had to drive to the town and when he finally got the parcel they told him, "Good thing you did, we were going to return to sender." My relative asked why they didn't call if they "couldn't find the address" and they had the further audicity to LIE and say I had not given them a phone number.
My relative said ," The only good thing from this whole debacle besides actually getting the parcel was I got the see a new town.
