Don’t trust their promises

I was promised a quick ship date with no signing for the package and despite customer service saying that there is no need for a signature (after I received a no delivery), there was a “sorry we missed you, please sign” note on the door. I’ve had good experiences with people working at the stores but very little success with things getting delivered when they are promised, despite paying a ton.
