5 months and still waiting for an answer.…

5 Months in now and still no sign of any tyres and no contact at all from Mr Auto. A disgusting shambles.

Well this is 2 months now and still no sign of my tyres. Had to order from Auto-Doc in the end. No offer of a refund of my money and when I contacted customer services on the phone all I got was "we are waiting to hear from the courier. Not good enough folks, I am now €85 out of pocket. I won't be dealing with you again and I will advise any of my colleagues not to either.

Still haven't received half of my order and no explanation as to where it is.

I have sent countless emails to Mr Auto now and still have no satisfaction and have not yet received my goods. This whole thing sucks.

Still no tyres and now I am blocked from sellers website so can't even enquire. Will not be using Mr Auto again for anything.
