What is this can’t believe how bad this company is it’s like there’s no one on the other side it’s like talking to a brick wall nearly been 3 weeks and not even shipped my trainers can’t even get a refund anyone who reads this Stay away from Theses scammers needs to be shut down ASAP send me a god dam refund or send a reply and sort out your tracking how can you track if there’s no map SHAMBLES SCAMMERS

I brought some black air Max vapours from this store and they are 100% fake I played around 130 pounds for them and if I had know they was fake would not of bothered and when I messaged them to see if we could sort something out they didn't have much to say apart from do you have prove I then sent the order number and tracking number hand they didn't want to know STEY FAR FROM THIS STOR OR GET ROBBED IF YOU WANT TO BUY FAKE YOU CAN GET THEM MUCH MUCH CHEAPER THAN THIS !!!!!!

Absolutely appalling I paid £125 to end up with a fake pair of trainers, DO NOT Buy from here if you send them back it’s going to cost a minimum of £20 and that’s no guarantee of you getting your money back.

Ordered a pair of trainers off this website. Took weeks to come, once they came it was clear they was counterfeit. I then got in contact with Nike who confirmed they were counterfeit. Best advice I can give is get in touch with Citizens Advice who will help you compose a letter for a refund. Get in contact with the official manufacturer who can confirm they’re counterfeit so you have evidence. Then get in contact with your bank and a claim will be opened to get the money back. Luckily you are insured under the bank. They advice not to return the product, but if you do, you DO NOT have to pay the £20 restock fee and Zamton by law have to reimburse you for the shipping fee to send it back.

My shoes came on time and recieved in brand new condition! Site is legit, exactly what I wanted. I do recommend buying from zamton.com.

Bought trainers online and when they arrived they were clearly fakes . Customer service is an email service from a person who can barely write in English. In their terms and agreements you can’t return items unless they deem it a good reason and will bill you twenty pounds plus you have to pay postage . Used the credit card for this and within a couple of days 5 fraudulent transactions were made on it and the card blocked . Do not use this website

I have been waiting 6 days for my order and I am in the same city, I have received no tracking information at all since I ordered so I have no idea what’s happening with my ordered. Zamton have said that I need to wait 7-15 days for my package when it was shipped from LONDON CITY AND I LIVE IN LONDON. I have been waiting for 6 days now with no updates on my package or tracking information at all.
