Order came very quick and I was able to…

Order came very quick and I was able to see where it was at all times. Product is better than expected, wearing it non stop since it came. Very nice and thick materials, definitely won’t wear very easily. This is gonna last a very long time. My favorite clothing comes from Youngla

factory seconds and flawed products are flooding the market with zero control from YoungLA.

I really love their designs — that's the only reason I kept trying. But the reality is a mess. Orders frequently go wrong: items never arrive, or wrong products are sent. As an overseas customer, I end up bearing most of the loss because the brand won't fully take responsibility for its own mistakes.

Worst of all: factory seconds and flawed products are flooding the market with zero control from YoungLA. No supply chain management at all. This is pure chaos.

Not what it used to be

Been a customer for years, I ordered a gift card and paid extra for 2 day shipping just for them to not send it or reply to emails 10 days later. Fell to greed and making quick money

Great transition....

Great transition they even give the option to do a fast exchange and allow other options to accommodate. Only issue I have is that the link takes you to the website and you have to complete the transaction there instead of the app.

Great clothes and great material

Great clothes and great material. My main issue was that my order was originally cancelled for fraud. I had paid for two day air, but didn’t receive a notice until a week after I made the other that my order was cancelled for “fraud.” My order was fully refunded, but it was a very frustrating experience as my dad’s birthday gift was a week late. Otherwise, grateful to receive everything in good condition and the clothes are very cute.
