Change my car insurer for first time in…

Change my car insurer for first time in 30 years.
Will was so professional helpful and informative. Went above and beyond in helping me take out my new policy. Even explained how to keep the call when I left the car from Bluetooth to speaker. He is an asset to your company, and I will look at changing some of my other insurances to Youi when they come up.

Satisfactory Service - Would Recommend

I am satisfied with the service of immediately attending to repair my vehicle, from the time the mishap happened up to the time I claimed back the vehicle. No time wasted. I am thankful for the Uber service to take me to my home & back to the repair shop. Very convenient as the repair shop was not far from my place. The CCR Prestige Crash Repair was professional, helpful & friendly, provided me all the information I need to know. I also appreciate the installment to pay my share of the repair (Basic Excess). There is one concern that I wish it was properly & officially responded to by an authorised officer. I requested a waiver of my Basic Excess. It was not granted as decided by one of your claim staff who gave a reason for his decision. I didn't disagree. I requested that his decision be reviewed by a Supervisor & affirm his decision. I have not received a response to date. Again, thank you.

Very Pleased

I was assisted by Ally, a very pleasant and competent young woman and accepted Youi's quotes to insure two cars. The premiums are very very competitive and greatly significantly better than that offered by another Insurer I had been loyal to for many years.
I feel content with Youi and satisfied I'm paying reasonable premiums.

Obe was very helpful with all our…

Obe was very helpful with all our covers, and he had a good accent so we could understand him.
(But you have to get rid of those dreadful TV ads. We would've got quotes from Youi years ago if it hadn't been for those ads!) We waited for Youi until last because of them. We loved the RACQ ones that why we chose them until they got too expensive.

Minor charge for NOT renewing the policy, it's the principal.

Youi; very pleasant on the telephone to discuss premiums, although bit disappointing that they charge you $2 to cancel the insurance prior to the policy ending, so if you do not want to renew your insurance policy they will charge you $2 because you're leaving? seems odd really, understood it's only $2 but that begs the question why charge it in the first place if you decide to stop the policy on the end date? sales staff said can only read what's on the script and that's company policy.

Time wasters

The person on the phone was just doing his job,-but after question after question, all trying to find out Youi's competition, I finally said I had wasted enough time and politley hung up - and then paid for the insurance i was after with another company, after a few minutes of online processing.

Rang Youi to update some policy related information. After speaking with a very helpful CSO (Jacqui) I was advised that my policy renewal premium qualified for a reduction which saved me $290. Very welcome. Thank you Youi.

I have been with YOUI for 13 years with…

I have been with YOUI for 13 years with car and house policies and could not speak highly enough of them. Fantastic service (and not offshore telephone support), prompt attention and sound information. Why would you go anywhere else. Did I mention the price? Great pricing!

We are so happy with Tiahna and Youi

Tiahna went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my family had the best possible protection, and the car insurance was not only cheaper but also safer and provided a lot more benefits then my previous insurer.

I would recommend everyone to call Youi, and Tiahna is an absolute credit to the company. Kind, patient, and understanding. Highly recommended, outstanding in every possible way - thanks for all your help and wishing you and your family all the best 🙂10 STARS ✨

it was a flawless experience. withing 2 weeks it was wrapped up. the staff was lovely and efficient, the payment offer was fair and consistent with the market value. Can't expect better experience, in all honesty!
