this is a scam site i invest in dice crypto they freeze my investissement 150 dollars no response from support

My name is Hamoud Al-Thawr and I have been trying to unfreeze my YoBit account for over two years. My account was frozen after entering the wrong password several times. I eventually remembered the correct password and logged in successfully, but the account remains frozen until now.

I submitted many support tickets since 2022, and again in 2023, 2024, and 2025. without any reply, or just marked as "new" forever.

I have never violated any terms or policies, and I am ready to verify my identity and provide any information needed. I am the rightful owner of the account.

Unfortunately, YoBit Support completely ignores all my requests, and I still cannot access my funds.

I am sharing my story here because YoBit support has failed me. If you're considering using this platform, be very careful. If something happens to your account, no one will help you.

Extreme scam alert! Lost 1 BTC in 2021 to their farming scam. Had to deposit more yobit coins to try to farm my BTC. I Wrote many service tickets they were never answered by customer service.I wrote a negative comment on their chat my account was closed. I Cannot access my account. You will lose all your money. Beware

Stolen funds, scammed by support and now ignored for countless years and countless tickets written.

They don't even update their user interface that reminds me of north korean Tech.

Same issue as BA, was trying to withdraw $122k had to pay Russian tax’s $6100ish, and because of the amount had to pay $3700 for identification verification, which was add to my account. After that had to resubmit to withdraw did all that and have all the screen shots for it. Waited for 2 days to see if it was transferred to the wallet account and nothing. The person who was teaching me this platform site stated to contact yobit customer service again. And just like BA there was a letter missing at the end and yobit stated it was my fault it wasn’t correct. Soo I replied back to them showing them everything I did was correct with the screen shots and still they said I inputted it incorrectly. Then I said how was that me, when after I submit I just wait for the funds. They said time was of the essence to pay the $2600ish arbitration deposit which would go to my account, I’ve already paid almost $10k to get this money I can’t pay more.
When I said about this being there problem and said they should have there IT department look into this there reply was
“WATCH YOUR WORDS”
So now I’m out the almost $10k I paid and don’t really care about the $122k. These people suck and just want more bitcoin add to there pockets. Please don’t use this site, u less you don’t care about your hard working money.

like other people in this review section, a person helped me gain a lot of money, as soon as it got close to $100K, they just barely went over that amout, then they say, their opinion is to transfer it to your btc account, which mine was cashapp, HOWEVER you have to pay taxes to the Russian govt. which they say is just 5% and then they say, oh, well all you have to do is show that you paid, and you won't be charged again, ok fine. I'll go with that, anyways, i paid $5000 to them so the money could be transferred, they make you go back, fill out more things because it was two days when they said at first i had a week. sooo i fill it all out, transfer all my btc address the amount i'm taking, which was all, with cashapp, you copy and paste, i did it successfully, even took screen shots of everything, come to find out, THEY somehow missed a letter at the beginning of my btc address, and now they say it was MY fault, and now i owe them another $4500 to "unfreeze" the money. their customer service is a JOKE, they will come right out and say "I" made the mistake, they tell me to "own up" to it, haha funny thing is, i have screen shots of what i sent, I will not give them anymore money, I'm only out that first amount, not stupid enough to think i'm actually going to get ALL the money, that i didn't invest in there anyways, STAY AWAY, Please, for your own good! as others have said, you've been warned, i wish people could comment on this post! :)

I still have 5 BTC and I have moved it to YOVI. They are not allowing me to sell and are blocking everything. There are no sales on the platform. They are crypto mafia; they scam you. Since 2017, i have arrange lawer event they can do anything. I haven't been able to do anything. Be careful, they are the biggest scammers you will ever meet. Do not put any crypto there or register. Very Rude People. I registered just to check an option and I have been getting calls from various numbers. These people are so pathetically rude. They refuse to listen and dominantly ask Why You have registered if not interested. Am I really answerable to these idiotic, unethical, illiterate gals and guys.

Yobit was helped by the mayor of new york usa he pumped it on live tv and then when we bought 2500 dollars worth it was locked up as the value plummeted, 4 years now and still waiting = wheres the SEC on this one.why has no one been arrested for fraud, corrupt mayor of new york.

Yobit owes me $55,000 but in order to do it with drawl they say I have to send them a $2700 channel fee to verify my identity and if I do not send the money within five days, they will charge me a 5% penalty every day until all the money is gone and reported to my credit report

Trading crypto is a nightmare, they set up the company to scam people!! The fees are extremely high.

You can't withdraw money.
You can't withdraw 99% of coins because wallets are always in maintenance mode. Literally forever.
You can't remove Google 2FA. They just stated that they will no longer remove it.
You will wait 6-12 months for support to answer your ticket, if ever ...

All the above is 100% correct and I hope some will save money and avoid this underground CEX.

YoBitpro stole over $5,000,000. It is not a trading website but a video game as you transfer money and it is transferred out immediately, but that website makes believe you still have money in your account.

When I tried to withdraw they wanted IRS tax money first, paid, tried to withdraw again, denied alleging that as a transfer came from a different IP address it is considered money laundering and would have to come up with $2,000,000 then it would not be money laundering? Don't trust those crooks. Some of the victims Lina Ayers, Jenny Ruiz, Caroline Jolicoeur, Claudia Elizabeth, Lyd Deo, Helen Williams, Yingmin Xia, Silvia Palacios and many more. The scammer's name he uses which is not his real name is Chen Zifeng.
