Not bad for a first impression
I was referred by a friend who did some successful swaps without issues. I can say the experience was okay. Though my order was initially held to address some concerns which was resolved upon further communication to confirm my identity and I received my coins.
Support desk was prompt and resolution time wad good too but can be improved. Overall was good I'd say.
