Was let down
Not very professional at all I would suggest using other online retailers if you are making purchases that need to be delivered quickly or if they are of high value due to a lack of communication between woodbrass and crono post.

The real Stock is Very important in a web store.
There online system let me purchase a Gibson supreme guitar at a great sale price. When I inquired Via email about payment method was extremely disappointed to be told that the guitar was not available and had been sold to another customer. Then some weeks later I received an email asking if I wanted to go ahead with my purchase and had to phone them to check only to be disappointed again. The worst thing is I could have sent the money only to find that the item had been sold And with currency fluctuations could have got back less than I sent and possibly exchange charges.
Good price, fast shipment and delivery. Absolutely satisfied.

Rapide efficace
I ordered the first time at woodbrass allmost a month ago. The order would be delivered within 8 working days. Allmost 1 month after the order and still nothing delivered. Contacted customer support by phone and received an explanation that the supplier did not process the order and that the order would be delivered this week. Well, nothing got delivered this week and no update or feedback was given, again! I think this will be my first AND last order!! Delivery times not respected, poor communication and no serious / personal backorder follow up and status communication
Ordered a ligature at £28 and got sent a £8 one and can’t speak to anyone that can help, very disappointed
