Fraudulent Company - Liars and Thieves

They stole 800 EUR from me.

I ordered wine for several thousand EUR and one case worth 800 EUR never arrived. Their shipping company documented the case and gave me a document for the missing parcel.

Wineandco lied to me for months that they would do a refund.
I called 5 times over a period of 2 months and I was being told that the refund for the missing parcel will be done "this week".

They were lying to me all along and they never intended to do anything about it.

They stole from me and they keep on lying about taking any responobility.
