It's good to hear that you are satisfied with our tempting prices and the ordering process. However, the fact that the supplied wine has been delivered the next day - while you requested another delivery day - is kind of unfortunate. This also needs a little explaining: We always try to resent wines as quickly as possible, so our customers won't be affected (too much) by this. Most of the time, customers are delighted to receive their missing box the next working day, but in your case this turned out unwelcome due to the fact that you weren't home for a couple of days. I apologize for this inconvenience. I'm sure a next order and delivery will run smoothly.
