Cannot pack art prints

Firstly I have to say everyone was friendly and professional..but they simply can't pack art prints. I was told at first that large prints would be rolled and send in a double walled box, they did this with a trial order and it was great. I then sent 3 more prints and each one was damaged and the box was single wall because they would not have time to make them apparently. the smaller prints were sent flat in totally useless cardboard envelopes. For a firm that claims to be packing experts it was very disappointing as I was looking forward to using them
