Shoddy aftercare
Easy to buy a van from very slow with after care tried to buy a roof rack with van it never came , still waiting three weeks after delivery. They were going to send it by fed ex still no sign . I wanted a refund for roof rack, no sign of refund. Very slow ! No welcome pack , no registration book that had wrong name and postcode all done dy vans direct even though they had right name and address on a buying documents. Numerous phone calls later and still no refund. Shoddy customer service.

Great Vans & Best Company
I've never been through a leasing process before, it all started from leaving them a email with roughly what I was after, Mark was so helpful and guided me through each step and with each process I had questions and Mark promptly answered and resolved my queries, later once my van was chosen I then had various communication with Emma at Vans Direct who was also very helpful and I can't recommend these guys enough, I've gone from a rusty transit van to a brand new nissan and couldn't be more happier, thank you Mark & Emma.

Had such a great experience with vans direct. From start to finish they have been so helpful with the whole process. David dealt with our purchase and honestly he couldn’t have been more helpful. I cannot recommend Van Direct highly enough!
From the very beginning, Amanda Jenkins, my Sales Consultant, went completely above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. She was constantly chasing updates on my Ford Transit Courier, keeping me informed every step of the way, and always stayed so positive and reassuring throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I genuinely felt that she cared about making sure I was looked after. Amanda is an absolute credit to Van Direct.
A huge thank you also goes to Emma and Zoe from the Customer Service and Finance teams. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and so quick to respond to any queries I had. Their communication and support made everything stress-free.
I’d also like to mention the delivery driver, who I believe was called James (apologies if I’ve remembered that incorrectly!). He phoned me in the Tuesday afternoon to let me know he will be delivering my new van first thing on Wednesday morning and he was just as excited as I was! He was genuinely so happy for me, and his enthusiasm made receiving my new van even more special.
This experience has shown me that it truly takes an amazing team to make everything come together. Every single person I dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding customer service.
Thank you to everyone at Van Direct. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new van and will be forever grateful for everything you’ve done. You have an incredible team! ❤️🚐
