Hi needed a new pair of glasses since my other ones broke. I found what I wanted online and used the virtual mirror to see what they might look like on me. I had my updated prescription and sent that through. My new glasses arrived within a couple of weeks. Good packaging in delivery too. Many thanks

this is the second time I have used this company and will again in the future presuming their prices stay fair. easy to use web site . delivered in less than 14 days .the frames I chose were cheap unbranded but are as good as the branded ones in my opinion, the only difference no logo or expensive price tag.

I have a prescription of -10.25 in one eye and -9.5 in the other. Thinlenses has done an excellent job mounting, polishing and centring my lenses, and making them as thin in appearance and light as possible. It's much more affordable than the high street, and as this is my third time using their re-glaze service, I can attest that they have always done a better job than the high street, too. I think this is perhaps because they are used to dealing with high prescriptions. To be honest, I wouldn't actually trust just anyone as much as this company because they likely won't have all the options (DA lenses and HI glass), or perhaps the experience that this lab does. I can recommend ThinLenses without reservation.

I got my glasses. It arrived by DHL service. Thank you so much for you help. I have been impressed by the service so far esp. by your very quick customer responses, days or nights, weekdays or weekends. Your business should be able to expand very quickly in the U.S. since it's very hard to find any place with hi-index lenses esp. in the midwest area (highest index that costco has is 1.67).

After spending years wearing thick bottle lenses and boring frames I've finally found thinlenses !!! They have a huge choice of frames and lenses and are so quick !!!! And the price ...almost 200£ cheaper than my normal opticians won't be going anywhere else ...

I needed a new pair of distance and also a new pair of reading glasses. In view of my high index prescription I wanted at least a 1.74 or 1.9 lens. Never having purchased specs on line before as well as needing advice; and only having an iPhone ; I decided to try and ring Thin Lenses and speak to somebody in person as the best option. Thin Lenses Customer Services Dept who answered my call were not only very knowledgeable, but also very helpful and extremely patient with me. Ash Mehta really does deserve a very special mention here. He was excellent with his sensible advice. My specs arrived in about 2 weeks as promised and the price was way more competitive than if I had bought glasses from a high street optician or store. I certainly recommend Thin Lenses to any one who needs spectacles as their choice of frames is huge and their high index lenses are so clear and second to none. Next time I need a good pair of spectacles- I will give Ash a ring again. You should do the same.

I play racquet sports. Due to total hinge failure an arm fell off my very aged dedicated sport glasses. I live in Spain options were limited and expensive.
Thinlenses offered a real solution by putting new lenses into an existing frame I have.
Took the trouble to phone me to explain that my normal prescription would result in very thick lenses. Management of post and delivery excellent and a very fast completion time.

To order a reglaze service from foreign EU country can't be easiest. They did a good quality job and shipping was also fast. Thanks from Spain.

I was slightly worried about ordering glasses on line, but was impressed with the service provided. After placing my initial order, someone contacted me with a query and advice and am pleased they did. The glasses arrived really quickly and they are exactly as I had hoped for. Would recommend and have no worries about ordering again.

I was hesitant to order something online and overseas, but the experience was smooth and the product was perfect. I have extreme nearsightedness, and the thinnest glass lenses are the best I have seen, the weight was no issue versus plastic lenses, and the time from order to receving the glasses was very fast, less than the estimation. A very satisfied customer who will be a repeat customer.

I made an email enquiry about some 1.74 index lenses that I was looking to order and their response was literally speaking instant. Within a couple of minutes of sending the email , I had someone on the phone giving me all the information I needed. Considering that I sent the email at 19.30 pm, their response within 2 minutes was even more admirable.
That was an extreme example of exceptional customer service. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Shopping online does always carry an element of risk. But in this case all my fears and doubts were eliminated by the patience and attentiveness of the Thinlenses Team. All my questions were answered promptly and in detail, even at the weekend, and when I sent in my frames for reglazing I was kept up to date. It took more than two weeks for my frames to arrive at their lab, but only 3 days for them to be returned to me.
I am delighted with the lenses, especially since I have such a strong prescription. I never liked the thickness of my old lenses at the edge -- I was always a little self-conscious of that -- so I opted for the highest index glass lenses (not available locally). Comparing the edge thickness of the new lenses with my old ones is astonishing. OK, so the smaller frames helped, but still, we're talking about 9mm (old) to 3mm (new) at the thickest point.
I'll be sending in my backup pair for reglazing also. This time it will be with the complete confidence that I'll get exactly what I expect.

Have ordered glasses online a few times before - some good experiences, some bad so thought I'd check out reviews first before forking out again for glasses. Thin Lenses caught my eye (no pun intended) as I need to have thinner lenses because of my strong prescription and their prices seemed pretty reasonable. They had a really good choice of designer frames, much cheaper than the high street and a good choice of lens packages too. Ordered easily and they were delivered in less than a week! Prescription is spot on (and the free lens cleaner is a nice touch - thanks). Would definitely buy from again and highly recommend them to anyone. Well done Thin Lenses.

Although the frames I sent in to be reglazed were quite old, they have been fitted very well with new extra-thin glass lenses.
In another pair, I have plastic lenses with the same prescription (from a different online supplier), and I can say that the glass lenses give greater and brighter visual clarity. This was denied by an optician's assistant when I asked about the difference between plastic and glass lenses.

Service is efficient and fast. They are always ready to help with advice and guidance. Recommended.

My son has a very high prescription - they are half the price of the optician. Also fitted lenses into some Rayban sunglasses. They were great but because of the design they were not good for sports. So when we had his Gucci pair done I spoke to the guy and said I needed then asap. He told me the lenses would take a week to come in but would call me so that my son still had them for sports. Sure enough he called. I sent them an hour later on the wednesday lunchtime and had them back on friday morning.

I cannot fault the quality or the service. Glasses came within 2 weeks! I would definitely recommend and use again.
