Never got my order or a reply from the company

Order was due her on 12/26/25. On 12 /30/25 contacted the company because I did not get my order. NO Reply from them. Contacted again that eve. Chec ked Fed Ex, looks like it has been sitting an hour away from me for days. I called them. They said incorrect label information. The company has NO customer service number and does NOT
Respond to emails. I will have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I need this for new years eve. Very, very, disappointing.
