I would recommend 100% is worth the money

Was 70% completed then I couldn’t get my learner site no email to say it’s closed and all my emails have disappeared can’t find any

I paid the full amount of £2,000 for Level 5, only to receive an email two weeks later informing me of the company's closure. It’s clear that the company was aware of its plans to shut down but still processed my payment, which feels incredibly unfair and upsetting. Despite sending numerous emails, I’ve received no response. This situation has caused me significant frustration, and I would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this matter.

They shut down when I was 75% through my level 3! I’ve been anxious and felt depressed ever since this happened .

I was about to finish my level 3 and the company shut down. I want my money back and I am looking for help. I want my money back as I work in healthcare where the pay is not great and I feel lost.

I can't believe that the web page is no longer working, what do we do for those who still had some details on the dashboard, have they broken up for good? do we have to do other courses?

I lost so much money and my spot at university due to them closing and disappearing without any trace, thanks so much :)))) It just bugs me that I could have went with so many different companies but somehow picked the scammers one :(

I was halfway through my level 3 early years course when they shut down.
My assessor provided little to no support from the moment I started but got particularly quiet in the last 3 months before they shut down.
They clearly knew they were closing and, chose not to say anything and continue to charge us for nothing.

I was about to complete my level 3 diploma in childcare. I passed all units. Thry even have done my certificate transition but unfortunately they suddenly shut without sending my certificate. I am really sad after spending one year of studying I couldn't get my certificate. I paid for the course completely. They even asked me for extension and took the money for that too. But I don't have certificate. I tried to contact city and guild but the number is not working. I don't know what to do now.

Paid for traffic management course had 81 days to complete it so I thought .
Oo running out of time went to do it.
Company Shut trying contacting through email .
The telephone number doesn't work now .
God knows if ill ever see my £60 again GREAT....

This company takes your time and money. My daughter completed her course in February and still not received her certificate no way of contacting them ignoring all emails left with nothing

I started my level 5 last year with this company paid £2,000, and almost finished the course. Recently the website has gone down and no response to emails. When I check on company house they dissolved their business in 2023. Therefore I paid and also completed almost the whole course for no reason. They now have a new company called Learning spot which is also definitely a scam as well.

I contacted the company a week ago through email after they had sent an email to my brother saying that they are ceasing to trade I paid £229 for the online health and safety course, CSCS test, retake and the card for my brother.
He did the online course but hadn't had chance to do the test yet and then there's no way of getting hold of them and no proof that he has done his online course.
They haven't been back in touch and I have asked for a refund to which there is no reply.
This is very poor and left unsure as to what happens next.

This is appalling! They should refund us. This was well planned, and people like myself, on minimum rage trying to do better for themselves, get scammed by these people.
Somebody should take responsibility for that, and refund our fees.

I recently took the exam for a personal licence and awaiting the certificate following their email confirmation. I urgently need this certificate and have no way of knowing now whether I will get it and I’m not getting any response to emails or calls. The last time I was able to speak to someone was 3.6.24. Now there is never any answer. And their website is now none existent. This is the height of irresponsibility by the organisation. Honesty would have been better.

They knew they where shutting down, yet they took my money with no information in regards to a refund. They ghosted me. This is a scam company

Received an email on Friday at the end of the working day that the business is ceasing operations. I spent £1,500 on a level 3 course which I received very little support from my tutor despite sending emails to her. I have not yet completed the course and have received no response or indication whether I will be getting a refund.

Very wonderful experience, everything was made simple and easily understandable. Navigated the site with relative ease too. I'll absolutely recommend to anything willing to go for the Traffic Marshall/Banksman training.

Took £1400 from us to complete a level 3 course, then total radio silence.
Straight to answer machine on the phone, the website is down. When I've looked on companies house they were dissolved on May 9th, but don't seem to be forthcoming in sharing this information and refunding their customers.
