Very disappointing experience with SmileWisdom.

I paid for a Dental Nurse course on 7 January. At the time of booking, I was told the course would start in March. March came and went with no course and no proper communication. Then I was told the new start date would be 9 April.

Just before the start date, I received an email saying the course had been cancelled. Since then, I have tried contacting them multiple times, but they are not responding to emails and they are refusing to refund my money.

This has caused me to lose valuable time and miss other opportunities for courses that started between January and March. I trusted their information and planned accordingly, but they failed to deliver.

Very unprofessional handling, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service. I am now in the process of seeking legal action to recover my money.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at SmileWisdom. After submitting all required documents and making full payment, I waited over two months to be registered with National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) for my Record of Experience (RoE). Despite repeated follow-ups, my registration was still not completed.
What has made the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication. My emails have gone unanswered, and my telephone calls are not being returned. It is incredibly frustrating to be left without any updates after paying and providing all requested documentation.
The delay and lack of response have caused significant stress and uncertainty about my course progression. As a student investing time, effort, and money, I expected professionalism, transparency, and basic communication.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. I strongly advise prospective students to proceed with caution and ensure they receive clear written confirmation regarding registration timelines before enrolling.
