I’ve bought some flights through…

"I’ve bought some flights through Skyscanner but the payment was made through Skyscanner and they are who have sent me the tickets. I’m slightly confused as I thought they acted as the middle man rather than the provider, are these tickets legit or have I paid to a fraudulent site????"

Skyscanner is fraud

Skyscanner is fraud. They directed me to Edreams company. They don't have an official email id for refunds, responses. They have a chat bot which will take 1 hour to connect to agent and it will connect only when you will not be online. They will never refund your money in case of cancellation. They looted my money 2000 USD ! And now not refunding me. Their helpline won't connect to the agent for talking. All emails will give auto reply to you that this email has been closed for responses

Dear Skyscanner,
I used to love you so so much for many years. Thanks to you i was able to book many spontaneous trips within few days of traveling. Wherever ticket was cheap (Brazil, Egypt, Istanbul...), i booked. The price on Skyscanner was consistent with the airline or the third party website. There was many places of choice to go to as the website would show me both many destinations and prices when i clicked "search every where" option.
I don't know what happened to you after that. Now everytime i search "every where", it would give me a list of places without prices (missing the main point) unless i clicked individually in the destination. If i search for "every where", that is because i don't have destination in mind to go. And when it does give me the prices, it would give me so little destination options to choose from. Even worst, the prices you show on there are not consistent anymore. So many time I clicked on there and the price would jump up right at the next page. Or sometimes i can find the cheaper ticket on my own despite the prices showing on your website.
I really wonder what had happened to you. I was a huge fan. I introduced you to so many of my friends and relatives.
If you do care, please fix it to what it used to be. Until then, take care.

So far so good....

To be honest, I always use Skyscanner to search for flights. Up to now I cannot say that I have encountered any issues. I have also used Skyscanner to book hotels and car hire. The prices tend to be less than on other well known travel sites. I have personally recommended Skyscanner to friends both here and in Europe

Booked a flight though byojett change my flight schedule Did not suit trying contact few phone call all over hour said call back never did emails don’t reply back And absolute disgrace no contact 1600 dollars gone have too pay extra for new flights learnt a new lesson Never off Skyscanner again so many horror stories When you review which I whish done it earlyer

Stay away! You have been warned!

Lost my money through skyscanners trusted partner Fly365. When I contacted Skyscanner got told this was unexpected and to try to claim the money back from my bank. What a shameless company

If I could give them 0 stars I would! You can not find a number anywhere to call them and talk to them about their shoddy service. Instead I wasted most of the morning on hold to an airline who told me that they could refund me 13 euros from my £330 of my flight due to the clear rediculous mark up the company makes! The government and the airlines are advising not to fly due to the coronavirus, yet there is no way to talk to someone to cancel the booking. Quite frankly rediculous, I would happily pay double the price to have some kind of human interaction incase something goes wrong, instead you get a 'computer says no' response. I could not be more furious with the difficulty to actually discuss the problem with someone.

Skyscanner helps to find flights by comparing flight offers from hundreds of the providers.

It might be the case that you have booked your flights via a travel agent and so you would need to speak to them regarding your booking. With the regards to the cancellation of your booking - the cancellation conditions will depend on the fare at which you have purchased your flight. The fare conditions together with cancellation fees are set by the airlines and neither travel agents nor Skyscanner have control over them.

We made a reservation for a cap through…

We made a reservation for a cap through the site of skyscanner, by capforce. We had to pay in advance, but the cap did not show up. But thanks to Molly, one of skyscanners employees, we have got our money back. It was a great service and a great support.

I don't really understand what this…

I don't really understand what this company does apart from advertising non-existing flights. Tried to use it 3 or 4 times, find suitable flights, go through the booking process, only to be told, "flights no longer available"

We process over 2.5 billion prices every day, and unfortunately sometimes there can be the occasional price that gets in to the system that is not genuine, for technical or other reasons. We have an entire department chasing these down and correcting them, and are also investing more technology resource in detecting such problems, however, it is currently not possible to fully eliminate them.

Confirmed tickets were refunded by supplier from Airlines without acknowledging

i booked through skyscanner under reference number OJSBEE in MArch 2019, Than i changed the dates with Gulf airlines to 24 Feb 2020 due to Government new rules of traveling. They confirmed it for modification to the next date. But the supplier of skyscanner refund my confirmed tickets in Septmber 2019 and when i asked them why you refund my confirmed tickets they replied that refund was done by error.
Than i request them to book again but they could not and i have to book other tickets for my family.
On 13 Feb 2020 they accept to refund about only 47% of my paid amount .
Kindy look into the matter and finalize it ASAP with maximum compensation that i have to pay twice for the tickets.

Hi skyscanner. I bought flight ticket using your apps via budget air.. I have been tried to call them for almost 3 days, every hour, they didnt pick up. I also emailed them regarding changing of flight ticket, they also didnt reply it. Very poor service
