Apexel hosted Kickstarter campaign. They sold there one of their stock products for higher price. Not answering to questions, no updates, lot of buyers did not received their stuff. I try to chargeback my money. Will never try Apexel again. Be careful with their stuff.
Not only was the macro lens useless, but I had to follow up to beg for my refund after 2 weeks. They then refunded my money, but they charged me $15 for return shipping without ever mentioning that was their policy. I could have mailed it back for far cheaper. I only found this out when I got my refund notification and it showed the total minus $15. Shitty product, sketchy refund issues.
I was guided on the option of a 3-50x telephoto lens by support. The item was available for pre-order, after three delays I have received my lens.
Its a fixed 50x lens, support said the labelling was a mistake. What a joke! Been waiting since Black Friday, today is the 14th Jan 2025. You have a 20-40x lens, don't deceive your customers, there is no way you meant to describe a fixed lens and why would anyone wait for a x50 when a x60 was already available. The recommendation was provided by your support, there was no room for misinterpretation.
Quality of image is also lacking. Extremely disappointed by their response, this is also the most expensive mobile lens they offer. 1/10 experience, do not recommend!!!
