Terrible site ~ please just avoid.
I have no idea how many years I have been working towards a reward, I do not even understand why I feel the need to continue working towards getting enough points to earn a potato peeler, or how about a poster which tells me how to do leg exercises. I could in a year or so earn enough points for a flask, cheap rucksack maybe even a facebook voucher ? What the hell do I want with one of those.
After looking at all the wonderful rewards I do not want/need. I am free ~ I unsubscribed

This has to be the worst site ever. As others have said, weird selection of gifts that no one wants - hence no reviews. Takes AGES to reach a decent amount of points. Cashed in 370 points for £25 M&S vouchers November 2018. They now wants 475 points for £25 voucher available to spend at limited shops. Tried to cash in for Starbucks, they're out of stock. ckONE was 560 points, then I noticed it had gone down to 410 points, but was out of stock. Now in stock but gone back up to 560. Appalling site, will leave as soon as I can cash in for something half decent. Wish I'd never started

Wish I could award Zero Stars
Their current giftcard offerings are unappealing Zalando (who??), Gap, not for over 40's , Decathalon, only if you want sports clothing.
IN desperation ordered the 1TB USB drive to use up my points. OK it arrived, but investigating what was supplied, HAD amazon vouchers been available, could have purchased the 2TB model from amazon for 30% LESS than I had to pay Nicequest for the 1TB model, so another example of what a rip-off site they've become.
They DO NOT offer USEFUL rewards like gift cards for M&S, Amazon, Tesco, which most other survey companies do, and the Amazon Vouchers was the reason I joined.
As for the 'physical gifts, UGH, could do better down Poundland or Wilkos!
Like other panellists, seems to being an increasingly rip-off site.
The minimal Amazon voucher rose from £50 to £100, but then just disappeared, the surveys are getting longer & (as reported by others) for decreasing numbers of koros, so it's like chasing a disappearing goalpost.
It started out as a good survey company, but recently has been going downhill at an increasing rate.
If there was a reward worth cashing in for, I would & then leave, but they've rigged it that the only way out is to discard all you HARD EARNED points.
DO NOT JOIN unless you love disappointment
Nicequest's response is (paraphrased), we've lots of reject junk items for you to spend your rewards on, but anything useful, like Amazon Vouchers, are not going to be available

I would avoid this site at all costs. The reviews below about amazon cards being out of stock magically when you have enough points to redeem is true. They remove them and never bring them back. Please do not waste your time joining this site or listening to their apologetic lies.
Update: its interesting that Nicequest are working hard to bring Amazon cards back. Previously their replies state that it is outside their control to do this. More excuses. AVOID.

This relates to order 8650006. I ordered a micro sd card after many months of savings enough shells.
It was in stock and it let me order it, I was told it was sent and got the above order number.
10 days later I question why it has not arrived. To be told it was out of stock and my shells went back into my account.
I have 2 issues with this. Firstly you had already let me order and said it was sent. And secondly you have now put up the required shells to get the same micro sd card. Increased from 260 to 275.
I know they do this to keep you doing the surveys and the rewards just get more out of reach.
I requested they at least credit me 15 shells for their error. That has not happened.
Once these shells have been used (eventually) I’m going to be deactivating my account.
It just isn’t worth the time and effort you put in for the measly rewards. Months of surveys and shell collecting for a item worth just a few pound?
Nope no longer worth it.
EDIT
Just the usual cut and paste response below. I’m out as soon as my shells are used.

My £10 gift card for Decathlon was issued to me via email from Nicequest on 12 June 2018.
I noticed it was due to expire on 25 January 2020 so on Sunday 19 January ordered some items on the Decathlon website.
When I tried to pay using the voucher it said it was invalid.
During the Messenger chat with Decathlon, I was informed that this voucher number was used online OUTSIDE THE UK on Friday 28 September 2018. I have checked the Decathlon gift card website and decathlon.de came up (Germany, I presume).
This is a mystery because on Friday 28 September 2018 I was travelling by bus around Sardinia and definitely did not do any online shopping.
I wondered whether the same gift card number had been issued twice in error, and asked Nicequest to investigate and received this reply: "We have checked and the gift card is definitely for Decathlon UK store. Unfortunately, this order is out of the assist window. Sorry for the inconveniences."
RIPPED OFF

Now, this is absolutely a super survey platform!
Their surveys are sincere and sometimes very funny. There is always a time stamp that really corresponds with the actual time of the survey. And you ALWAYS get your shells! That adds up pretty fast .
Seldom an error occurs but when it happens I contacted the customer service and with a nice apology they always gave me my shells according to the survey.
I ordered some products they offer for shells. Reasonable 'prices' and very fast delivery. The products are very good quality, I never had any problems.
There is really nothing negative to say about Nicequest.
So, if you are looking for a survey platform, sign up with them!
The reply to my previous review about a non delivery of a bottle of wine, advised me that due to technical issues the order had been cancelled and shells credited to my account.
I decided to reorder and on the 30 Nov I was advised that the order had reached the UK and would be delivered in 5 working days. Well the 5 days are now up and no sign of the order. Is this another case of technical issues forcing yet another cancellation. I had been hoping to serve the wine to guests at Christmas lunch, unfortunately looks like I will have to find an alternative.

Gift cards??? I haven't seen gift cards available for over a year. The goal number changes on gifts every time I attempt to cash out. Been a member for three years, not been able to use any of the slowly accumulated points. This site is a waste of time
Nice reply. Thank you for ignoring the fact I already said the bonus points constantly change, making it impossible to cash out on anything. Diplomacy at it's finest

Used the shells to rent a movie via Rakuten TV. Very useful and not a high cost in Shells. Suddenly disappeared without warning and everything else is a ridiculous cost. Surveys are sporadic and never yield a large amount of shells. No explanation as to why the reward was taken down and no responses to messages. No a happy customer.
Ridiculous response received from the company to my above question which was completely ignored.
Just focused on why I don’t get surveys and to look at what other rewards they offer.
Please answer my original question!!!!!

UPDATE: There are now NO Amazon gift cards available. That means there are essentially NO REAL REWARDS. It's now even worse than I predicted.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
===========
This used to be a good site, but in the past year it has really deteriorated. I suspect they may be in financial difficulties and we'll possibly see them disappear soon.
I am a member of dozens of other survey sites, and unfortunately NQ now seems to be one of the worst. The vast majority of survey sites offer Amazon gift cards AND Paypal or bank transfer; NQ only offers Amazon gift cards (and a whole host of gift cards and products that no one would want). Most survey sites allow cashouts at around £5, NQ's only Amazon gift card is £100.
Like others that have commented, as soon as I neared the £25 Amazon reward, it was bumped up to £50, and as soon as I was almost ready to claim the £50 gift card, there were only £100 gift cards available. If the site hasn't disappeared, I'm sure it'll show only £200 gift cards in the future.
I have also found that surveys have slowed down, so if it continues in this way, even answering every available survey and collecting premium shells, it will take about a decade to even reach the £100 Amazon gift card.
I find it difficult to believe the 'out of stock' excuse when it comes to Amazon gift cards: Amazon doesn't 'run out' of gift cards; suppliers can easily be changed if they cannot fulfill orders; and no other site has this issue.
Since this problem has been going on for almost a year, the only answer seems to be that NQ doesn't want to pay its members, but still wants to profit from their labour.
So now members have to choose whether to abandon a sinking ship and lose the money they are owed, or continue spending time on surveys hoping that one day smaller gift card denominations appear or they finally reach the cashout threshold before they die.

I have redeemed my points requesting Decathlon gift card, which is not available. I have tried number of times to download voucher using the code received from Nicequest, but response is the same “not available”.The gift card that is not available shouldn’t be on the list at all. I feel that I have been scammed because I can see that their website wouldn’t allow me to leave any feedbacks or comments and no one responds to webform requests (I have sent more than 2 already). I had to pay by cash at Decathlon store because I couldn’t use the voucher. And now I can see that there is no way to get in touch with this company. It is always risky to deal with online companies and now I have that experience. Maybe they will respond to my review.
Resp. In response to Nicequest reply I would like to ask them to read my review again. I mentioned that I have already sent more than two messages using their online form, but for them takes longer to respond to inquiries than respond to negative reviews.
Upd. 23/09 As promised to Nicequest, this is my update: after one week (6 days to be exact) I downloaded finally my Decathlon gift card. I found my email box full of emails informing that Decathlon gift card is now available; the amount of emails received possible is equal to the number of attempts to download gift card. I received Decathlon gift card so, I guess, the problem is resolved. Thank you to Trustpilot

UPDATE JAN 2020:-
Following my previous review, against my better judgement, I continued to complete surveys to work towards the £100 amazon gift voucher. Lo and behold as I approach the points required the £100 Amazon gift card option has now disappeared!! Exactly the same as happened as I approached the £20 and £50 thresholds. This has to be more than just coincidence and it is pointless saying "look at the other gifts available". When I joined the incentive of amazon vouchers was offered and I am not interested in the other gifts referred to. As someone else has mentioned other survey companies have no problems obtaining amazon vouchers whatsoever - they are freely available to anyone that wishes to purchase them from Amazon! So the stock issue excuse just does not make sense. Total waste of time!!
..................................................................................................
Basically the same complaint as other members. I signed up when amazon vouchers for £20 were offered. As I got near that threshold it increased to £50. I have just reached the new threshold and lo and behold it has now jumped to £100. Very suspicious!!
The previous responses on here from the nicequest team do nothing to alleviate that suspicion. To simply suggest that members consider other voucher options is just not good enough when many signed up with the incentive of amazon vouchers being on offer. One earlier response that "we can't confirm if or when £50 amazon vouchers will be in stock again" also leads me to believe there seems to be a deliberate policy in place here.
I would be very interested to know what members who are some distance from the £50 threshold are being shown as "available" gift vouchers. If they are still being shown the £50 amazon voucher as available then something really is seriously wrong.

As with others on here I'm finding that it is impossible to reach the number of shells to get an Amazon voucher. I was close to getting a £25 voucher then they stopped doing those and it was changed to a £50 voucher, I was close to getting that and what a surprise there is no £50 voucher it is now a £100. I would like to carry on doing their surveys but I'm considering cashing out now and not doing anymore because there is no way to know that it wont be a £200 voucher when I next get close to reaching the target.

Reply from Nicequest
This was a promising site when I signed up to it a couple of years ago, with fairly regular surveys offered at a higher value than many other survey sites. I managed to get a £10 Amazon voucher quite quickly, then by the time I'd earned another the payment threshold had gone up to £25 which was still achievable.
But the threshold has continued to creep up. First to £50 and now £100. At this point, there's less incentive to continue answering surveys, with the achievable aims I'm interested in disappearing fast. I assume the company aren't making enough money to fund large amounts of Amazon gift vouchers any more, so have set the thresholds high to stop people ordering them. It's a shame.
However, if you see something you like among the rewards on offer, this is still a decent survey site. I'll try finding something else in the catalogue to aim for and use the shells I've earned. And if you prefer putting your efforts towards Amazon vouchers with low payout thresholds, I recommend trying Ipsos i-Say instead.
having similar issues to many people too: surveys are seldom and once I got near the £50 Amazon voucher, it doubled to £100, which will take another half a year which by then, it will probably become £150 or £200 which is really unfair. Other survey sites take about 5-10 surveys to get a decent reward, I think this one is a scam? Has anyone redeemed their points at all?

Reply from Nicequest
When I started the Amazon gift cards available (you know, the one most people will opt for) were £25... as my 'shells' (stupid name) approached the number required, this mysteriously doubled to £50. Now I check and it has doubled AGAIN to £100 (the others are between £10 - £25 but are also rubbish). It is almost as if they are putting them out of reach deliberately... on 709 'shells' I am basically never going to reach the 1930 now required - what a complete rip off and I feel conned.

Reply from Nicequest
Very poor selection of gift cards available now. I chose GAP but it was dated about 6 weeks time - not long to use it and not stated when you order the item.
