They've sent me completely wrong…
They've sent me completely wrong product than which I ordered. I cannot write them an email, except if I log in, which I cannot cause system is giving me most strange reasons and pushing me out. Very strange and not trustworthy. I hope I will get my money back. When I read other stories they are even more scary. Highly not recommended.

Customer service moving homes
I have moved houses updated my address in the account section on look fantastic page under the beauty box page. Well they have posted my box for this month to my old address tried to get in touch but they are saying my address was not updated on subscription and that it had to be done though a link that they send me today when I contacted customer service. If that’s the case people should be made aware of this. I have now asked to cancel my subscription and get a refund but they are currently refusing to issue a refund until they get the box they sent out back, which will take weeks plus processing time etc. which is not my responsibility I updated the address and even PayPal address everything was set to deliver to one address. I’m very unhappy about this and I feel like customers should not be treated this way and I hope nobody has a similar experience. Try should really make it clear how to change your address and this seems like some kind of sketchy trap. Customer service personnel have been okay. But you can tell they are just using a script like they are not rude but nor are they helpful. I hope this review helps somebody out there. I feel like as consumers we have so many choices now and I wouldn’t have chosen them knowing this is the kind of issue I will be having.

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. They’re fine if you don’t have to use their customer service. Next day delivery just isn’t next day delivery! Prices are good if you have a discount code. Good range of products.

Absolutely love look fantastic!! The boxes are full of variety and often things I haven’t even heard of let alone tried before which I love exploring! The boxes are really sturdy and I reuse them as gift boxes so extra value all round!

Lookfantastic is a quality beauty retailer that has a wide range of good fresh products at competitive prices. They don't sell old stale products! Everything is fresh and current. I subscribe to their monthly beauty box which never fails in it's relevancy, quality high end products. A great way to try products that you wouldn't usually have known about. Forward thinking and on trend but quality all the way. No sample sizes but good travel size and a full product too. Excellent.

Mostly good
Very good range of high end products, you don't have to worry that the products are genuine- this site is authentic, free next day delivery, usually a discount available. Negatives are: poor customer service if you need to contact the company, awkward to return at your own expense, sometimes the products I need are out of stock. Mostly a positive experience.

I'd like to give Mica a 5* review, she was amazingly swift and supportive with dealing with a damaged parcel i had ordered for my friends babyshower and ensured that instead my selected order will be posted directly to my friend.
