Good luck returning a product

There's a few good things to mention about this company, but they're obliterated by their customer service and return policies.

We've purchases almost 400€ worth of items, which turn out to be far bigger than you'd think. A 36/38 is ridiculously large, yet it's their smallest size. Okay, no worries, we'll exchange? Yeah, good luck with that.

Their address is invalid for both Bpost and PostNL. After actually sending an expensive, insured package to Linvosges, it was just returned to us as their PO Box isn't accepted. Tried again with a new provider: same result.

Basically: if you're in Belgium, there's no reason to buy from these people! Customer support is inexistent, keeps parroting that we should return to the PO Box. I'm down 400€ and full of clothes that are far too large for a partner that always wears 36.

Most chaotic shop ever!
First shipment never arrived, without an attempt of delivery it was returned to the sender, so I suspect a mistake in the address. Replacement took very long - first order was fully paid ... now I was told to pay a second time, although it had been agreed to use the amount I paid in advance!!! - I wrote to them - and never heard anything again. Another 10 days later, 5 weeks after the original order and 10 days after receiving the replacement, I was informed I had received a refund ... So all in all this shopping process took way longer, than visiting a real shop. And Linvosges sure has not to worry I bother them again by ordering!

Terrible quality and customer service

I bought a large set of bath towels to renew all our towels 1.5 year ago. Most of them already look worse than the ones I renewed after two decades. They all have the same quality defect and now have holes on the side. I claimed with pictures -I am a long term regular client- as it is obvious it is a quality defect as I don’t hand them in any particular way and don‘t use dryer as explained to Customer Service. After a couple of exchanges they concluded that, as it was bought more than a year ago they would not do anything. I thought it was really poor and I will never buy there again. Do not buy Linvosges you will have better quality and better customer service anywhere else.

La navigation sur le site est agréable. Les draps de bain achetés sont de bonne qualité, à un prix raisonnable comparativement à d'autres sites. Commandés pendant le Black Friday, j'ai eu droit à une réduction de 15% + un set de 6 verres offert

Retoure bestätigt aber das Geld nicht zurückerstattet

I ordered 2 sets of duvet sheets and paid via PayPal. I decided to return them since the color was not what I expected. After a few weeks, I got a letter per Post from them asking for my bank details and didn’t even indicate where I’m supposed to send it and how. Usually there would be a self-return envelope included or at least it could be done online! So I contacted the Service per Email since I couldn’t even call their number using my mobile! I got a reply from an Emmanuelle who didn’t directly answer my questions about the Bank details and who assumed I wanted my refund via PayPal. She said she just made the transaction and I should be receiving the amount on PayPal in a few. I waited… I even wrote again that I didn’t get any and her reply was that I need not to send my bank details, when in fact that wasn’t my query anymore. So I wrote again asking if they sent it to the right PayPal account. No reply. So I checked the reviews here and seems like other customers also experience the same. Will I ever get my money back?

Hello, when you return an item you will automatically receive a letter from us after the return has been processed, asking you if you would like a refund or a voucher for a future order. You will find our contact information at the bottom of the letter that is sent to you. Following your request for a refund by PayPal, this one was transmitted to the accounting department which does the necessary within a few days and I confirm you that your refund was made on March 28th. Awful! And customer service will lie to your face

Awful!! I ordered something at the beginning of December, and it was saying on the confirmation email that I would get it before christmas. On the 22nd I didn't have it so I called and the person said "I can see on my computer that it will be ship tomorrow". Of course it was a LIE right to my face. I called the following week, they said sorry the product will come on the 10th. And today I get a called saying it won't be possible to get my product and that I need to choose another color. Sorry, but it's pure bullsh*t. Don't recommend it at all.

Never again

So I ordered some textiles and the product itself was great but I chose payment by credit card. BIG MISTAKE. The payment was still on hold until they shipped the products but as it came to delays due to the whole pandemic someone or something on their side messed up. A warning was sent out asking me to wire my money via regular transfer. So I looked up if the payment was still on hold in my credit card‘s app - it was.

I shot them an e-mail asking to clarify but no response. So I waited and waited and wai- wait, something happened!

They deleted the payment via my credit card and chose to not respond. And here is where I get seriously annoyed. They stealthily deleted the payment on their side, did not tell me, did not respond and were perfectly happy to wait 14 days to FINE me for not paying on time.

I don‘t know if they were just looking to evade costs or someone just messed up but not communicating this is just a deal breaker.

If you want the products, they are very good but the company itself is not.
Never. Again.

Update 2: Order again, this time the delivery arrived like 2 days later. Please always like this :-)

Update: Received shipment a little over 2 months after the order. Quality impeccable as far as I can see.

Same problem as some others. Ordered some articles 2 months ago, which were marked as "available" or "available in less than a week" on the website and have been so in the meantime. I have the received the 4th estimated delivery date now--in three weeks. I paid the purchase in full of course. Swift replies from customer service but still not ideal.
