Quality is not due to chance

Quality is not due to chance, it requires intelligence and will to do well, and time to do better. Time needs means to ensure quality. Mediocrity is a consequence of lack of time.
The course "The New School of Creativity" meets these criteria and the student feels better. The means used to arrive at quality are probably the relevance of the questions. The student feels interpellated, concerned, and becomes co-creator.
