We inquired several times about a property we liked in Caterham and actually visited it 4 times, (as my wife wanted it but I wasn't sure and we were also looking at another property ). Elliott couldn't have been more helpful and never had a problem showing us the house so many times. We finally put an offer on the house ( the wife won eventually ) and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Debbie, was then our point of contact and always kept us updated weekly on what was happening and was always very helpful if i asked questions. The whole team were great and we never had any issues. The whole process was smooth and didn't take long at all. I would highly recommend using them.

We were told we were being put forward for a rental and heard no more, When we rang for an update we were told they were busy !!. We then rang 3 more times as still hadn't heard anything and the phone went to answer phone each time via 3 different rings so clearly there are not enough staff. I finally gave up hoping they would answer and I left a message to which I have never received a reply . I find they are not interested in keeping anyone informed and feel they have no integrity or care about their clients .In my experience they may as well have not existed, in fact I'm left wondering do they??!!!!
