Can't open documents. Page says password emailed, but it wasn't. Chat room says password included on documents page, but it isn't.

A most unfortunate experience with…
A most unfortunate experience with InsureDaily: I took out a policy commencing 10.40 on the day but after I paid, the policy document only came into force at 19.40 that day. This meant my plans based on the insurance were ruined for that day. I’m guessing ID has a problem with their machine clock settings as the PC used for the transaction was not bought in the UK. Very frustrating and what a basic IT issue - come on, really !!!

We process a high volume of policies, including many that are purchased from Australia and other locations outside the UK due to the time of year. We have not experienced issues with policy start times or clock settings. Our systems record policy inception times correctly based on the details selected during the purchase process.
This does not seem to be technical issue, and we have not received any other reports in relation to this.

straightforward to take out but downloading the documents is frustrating, supposed to be emailed a password so we can download them but that hasn't happened so far...
