The technical service is perfect (no great trouble since i started with Hosting24 nearly 10 years ago with a free hosting plan).
SInce then, I asked their support a couple of time and they answered quickly, nicely and beahaved professionnally.

I had a problem that I accidentally caused my self, the support team handled my double payment, I turned on the auto renew, my error was I the big blue button to left says renew now, so I clicked on it, cause your normal payment plus I cause another payment to be paid out of our bank account, I gave the support member my info, he said my extra payment will be refunded in 5 to 7 days, a fantastic conclusion, your support team are the very best out there. I am a client for more than a year and I have seen some improviment. The hosting service has improved substancially and the support service usually are very helpful.

I checked out a few dozen hosting services. It seems like every one had some deal-breaking issue, so I was skeptical when I checked out Hosting24. However, after seeing they did all the core things right, and after seeing the best prices around, I became a believer. They're helpful, reliable, and all around wonderful. I think i'm a customer for life!!

Pretty good service. I'm been using hosting24 since 2012 and they are been good so far. I had some issues with some settings and/or server issues but they helped me most of the times. It can be better, but I truly recommend them!.

As far as shared hosting plans go, Hosting24 is up there with some of the bigger names in the industry. They've recently made huge improvements to to their services while keeping things cost-effective for their users. Their customer service reps are always friendly and eager to help.

One of the best on boarding experience I had and one of the best ongoing experience I've had. Yes problems will come up, but at least you know that when they do, Hosting24 staff WILL do everything possible to get the issue resolved for you!
